This is a surprisingly delightful oasis in the middle of an outlet mall. Think pop-up champagne/caviar bar but with a slightly broader offering. Delightful menu - probably the best food within a 30-40 mile radius. Truffle fries had actual grated truffles (none of that nasty fake truffle oil) amazing burrata and prosciutto (sliced at the bar). Super selection of cocktails and mocktails. Excellent! Great WiFi too.
I went to the one at Woodbury Common outlet mall. Super pleasant, indoor outdoor seating, both kid and dog friendly and great service. Food is good, but doesn’t justify the prices unless you are OK with spending 30 bucks for a handful of pasta with six IKEA level meatballs (they might even be that.) Portions are small. Great food and service. Seating outside was marvelous. The spicy lobster ravioli was divine

Bollicine & Co. Champagne Bar is a fabulous restaurant. The food is delicious, and the prosecco is perfect. The pasta is perfectly cooked, and the truffle pasta is a favorite. The burrata cheese and meatball spaghetti are also popular dishes. The restaurant has a beautiful design, with stylish tables and floor-to-ceiling windows. The service is great and friendly. The food is plated beautifully and made with real skill. The restaurant is highly recommended, especially for a date or a shopping break spot. It is a classy and convenient place to dine, with the option to make a reservation in advance.
