Chicken Wings near Central Valley

“The food was obviously delicious but, I placed an online order around 1 pm. It was very busy which was understandable but the wait was extremely long (for fast food). I went in when the app said it should be ready and the order was not. I went back in about 5 minutes later and I see orders packed up behind the counter. There was only 1 person working the front & he seemed to be the owner/ manager, so I just waited my turn. They finally gave me my food, closed with stickers and all. I’m basically “on the clock” at this point and just leave to get to my job. When I finally open the meal, I’m missing 1 side, my dessert, and I was given the wrong drink. I was obviously super annoyed so I called and talked to who I believe was probably the same man at the store. I told him my issues and he completely remediated them for me.

So to summarize:
The service is very shaky BUT the I was not give attitude or problems when I brought up my issue. They took care of it no questions. It was only my 1st time at this location and I believe it’s fairly new. I’m sure they’ll get better as time goes on.“

“I ordered the Lamb over rice and it was really good. Almost as good as in NYC. I wish they would put some fries or fried shrimp, like the food carts in the city. I've also tried their fried chicken, skin crispy with nice flavor and juicy insides. I def recommend this place. I left one star because it could be a wait to get your food when there's people waiting. I edited my review. I absolutely love the food here and the guys that work there are awesome.“

“I’m a great fan of Popeyes chicken.I used to go to my nearest Popeyes in spring valley but now I’m so excited to have a new Popeyes in Haverstraw.I go Popeyes every other days and I really appreciate their food and service.The employees over there are really nice and co helpful.Whenever I go,I spend long time.I hope this location will be so busy because they are better than onther Popeyes that I have visited.“

“I always do pick-up. Never had any issues - always professional, good service. The one time they caught a mistake on their own and gave me an extra pizza for having to wait an extra 5 minutes while they remade the one pizza. My order is always ready for pick up when the app says it will be done.“

“Didn't know what to expect from the new chicken sandwich at, but I was really impressed with it the taste, the freshness, the bite was enormous. KFC you bumped it up with the new chicken sandwich. I'm loving it. The box special with the sandwich, nuggets, and fries and drink. I give it the biggest "OMG", EVERYONE SHOULD TRY IT. IT DESERVES A ? ??“

“So I was originally very annoyed with this place. I had ordered food for my family on a day where I had to be to sleep for work (I work overnights) and waited almost 4 hours for it. I love their food but this was insane.

HOW EVER. The manager was so amazing he called me randomly two days later and offered to remake the whole order and send it to my house for free and also came in like 20 minutes.. He went above and beyond and for that reason alone I will continue to love this place. Yall are legit awesome because it was so unexpected.

They have staffing issues like any other place. But they do do their best to rectify any issues so they get five stars in my book“
