She is very professional, very attentive to the customer needs, very friendly and knowledgeable, she made sure I got all the items I needed to enjoy my hot and very tasty delicious chicken from this location, she made another happy customer….. thank you for that

The service was sucky and they were out of most of the chicken and other foods. They also forgot to give me one of the fries i ordered
I love Popeyes in general but wow does this location stink. The staff is friendly and helpful but management choices are baffling. They don’t offer the full menu (I was told they don’t have shrimp anymore) and the menu boards don’t even show everything they actually do have. They’re also understaffed for 5:30 on a Saturday afternoon.
