I am not in Central Valley very often, but am here now and was looking for lunch. Ohhhh my fellow foodie friends…. If you have not experienced the deliciousness of Jorge’s Kitchen…. Run there!!! I am in FAT KID HEAVEN right now. Sooooo Yummy!! And great prices too 🤤

Jorge's Kitchen is a family-owned restaurant and local bar. The staff are kind, considerate, and detail-oriented. The service is amazing, and the restaurant is very clean. The food is always a 10/10. Everything is fresh and SO GOOD. The birria is braised for hours, the fish tacos are cooked tender, and the tortilla chips are made fresh with the order. Top-tier wraps (buffalo chicken), tacos, and breakfast sandwiches are available. The pernil (roasted pork) with rice and beans, Birria tacos, and tacos al Pastor are also excellent. Even the rice has incredible flavor. The portions are very generous, and the prices are reasonable. They accommodate vegetarians. It is like eating at your Abuela's. The restaurant has a liquor license, so customers can order a beer. It is the BEST local bar in Central Valley. This business is a gem.
