We get Dunkin for breakfast a few times a month and are always impressed at the upbeat attitude and friendly faces in what must be a fast paced stressful job.
This morning our Champlain NY clerk even complimented my mom’s new ring and bracelet she just got for Christmas and it made her morning.

Went to get breakfast today and they didn’t even have any breakfast food no bagels no donuts my husband is a diabetic and tried to order a flavored coffee and they only had swirl flavoring which is full of sugar!
Walked out with no food or coffee! Super disappointed will not be going back there!!
Coffee was burnt and absolutely horrible. Called to complain and was not offered a replacement the next time we go in. $6.26 and it was thrown in the garbage! We normally do not complain but this is ridiculous and horrible customer service!
