We were there for lunch today at Bimi's Cheese and ordered a tomato soup and charcuterie board and out of all the 3 cheeses that were selected by the staff/chef. One smelled like ammonia and it's horrid to eat, thinking that the cheese would smell like blue cheese but it wasn't, It was spoilt !!! Don't ever serve anything to your customers if you're not going to eat it yourself!! This is so disappointing and we paid $25 for the charcuterie board! If your instincts tell you something is wrong, speak up and ask for the manager!!! We will never go back there again !

Chic and homey spot. Blue cheese (Sandwich no. 2) is an obvious choice. Must be noted that the restrooms in the back were pristine, and full of tasteful decor to compliment the setting.

I love Bimi’s!! Right on the Main Street of Chatham NY this coffee, bakery, cheese shop brings community together. I have never tried a better lemon ricotta cookie in my life like the one I had there.This local store offer a extensive variety of gourmet and boutique items.You have to check it out!

A beautiful shop that is well curated with all the best cheese and provisions, right on Main street.
Wanted to grab a cup of coffee somewhere. They had a little chalkboard out front that said they had coffee and espresso. Thought I'd give a try. I mean it's only coffee we're talking about. Shop itself is nice, lots of different cheeses and Specialty items. A lot of offerings for such a small space. There were two people sitting down in the window eating and two people outside waiting for food as well. After waiting 5 minutes for my coffee or I should say to even being acknowledged finally I was able to get my coffee. I asked if they had a dark roast. She said "yeah it's just whatever one kind" I grabbed the coffee anyways. Honestly it just seemed as if the staff was annoyed that you walked in. By the way my coffee wasn't even hot. Normally I have to put an ice cube in it or wait 10 minutes. No biggie just a place that I won't go to again.

Anytime I'm remotely in the area I have to stop by. They also are a true unicorn for those with gluten allergies since they have their own panini press in sight without skimping at all on volume for being GF. Wish I lived closer
