I love Bimi’s!! Right on the Main Street of Chatham NY this coffee, bakery, cheese shop brings community together. I have never tried a better lemon ricotta cookie in my life like the one I had there.This local store offer a extensive variety of gourmet and boutique items.You have to check it out!
Fantastic selection of cheeses and other goodies. I wish we didn't eat right before we stopped in so we could try the grilled cheeses! Everything in the shop looked so good. We bought a few cheeses that did not disappoint.
