Perfect spot to grab a quick sandwich and drink. Ordered their #1 and #6 (grilled cheese on rye and caprese). Both were tasty and would go back to try others. Only the grilled cheese came with their in-house pickle, which was delicious.

Amazing Squash and Cider soup made by Julie. The texture was perfect, great balance of sweetness and acidity, and fresh toppings. Always wonderful service and an amazing assortment of cheese, sandwiches and baked goods. The shortbread is awesome too!!

Bimi's is a delightful cheese shop that serves up a variety of meals (e.g., lunch, dinner, coffee/tea, pastries). I can't wait to go back for dinner (and the speakeasy!). The store itself has a fantastic selection of cheeses, meats, and complements to such, as well.
