Incredible quality. Always have an enjoyable time. We go there regularly and are so happy to have a place like this in town! Also, very grateful that they have continued the outdoor seating with the tent and heaters in the winter for those of us that bare the cold and are covid-cautious.
Delicious Italian food and wonderfully attentive service! The lobster bisque with fresh bread and the Eggplant parm are delicious!!Nice wine selection, too.
Three of us had different homemade raviolis, the fourth had seafood, and we all enjoyed the meals. Servers were friendly and knowledgeable of the menus and beverage options. We felt safe eating there with staff being masked and the tables spaced apart from neighboring diners. Would go again.
Just look at this pizza. Absolute heaven with a good pour of wine. Love this place.
This is a great addition to main street Chatham. The food is delicious. Although the food is consistently good, the servers are consistently unprofessional. Unfortunately, some of the wait staff are straight up rude, argumentative, and aloof. We acknowledge the hard working people who want to make this establishment memorable for the right reasons.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves Italian food. I had the Pollo Capriccioso and it was every bit as delicious as it sounded on paper. They were able to get our group of eight friends in towards the end of the night no problem. The staff was fun and matched our energy well. Some of us can be jokesters and our server handled it like a pro. I wish I didn't live all the way across the country because I NEED to try the rest of their menu. But I will be back next time I'm out there to visit friends.
Very sweet and nice server thank you! OMG and food was amazing, i glad that I stepped by . Highly recommend for everyone!
Excellent food was worth it after a long wait. Favorite place to dine for the locals and visitors. We have been here a number of times and always find the food top-notch.
This place has it all: the design is cool and clever. The service is very good to excellent. The menu is to an item delicious; great pasta, the pizza dough is among the best ever, the salads, sides, and mains are all great, the beer list is excellent, and the wine list is extremely well curated; you can drink very well here. The location is lovely, where you can hear the chugging trains a block away, and a post meal walk around the downtown is a pleasure. There are some negative reviews of the place, which I find strange; for even if there is a small problem somewhere, there is so much else that is wonderful to make the dining experience first class.
This was an awful experience, not because of the mediocre food, but because the service was straight-up rude. Not busy and negligent, which would be forgiveable, but actively rude. We complained to the manager when our original server said something nasty to us, and they said they'd give us another server, but nobody ever came by until it was time to pay the check. We never received an apology for the rudeness, nor any attempt to make things better. This is just a poorly-run restaurant staffed by people who should not be in the service industry. I recommend going somewhere else.

Our waitress, whom for all intents and purposes would be named "Karen," if the Internet was writing this review, made Nonne one of the worst experiences we have had at a restaurant - ever. From the moment she "un-greeted" us, she was rude and oddly defensive. Here are only a few* highlights:The restaurant's name has the word, "pizza," in it, which is perfect Bc that's what we were in the mood for! Our waitress greeted us with, "I am very busy, we had a busy day, so we're out of pizza and bread." Cool!I made a selfish request by asking for a glass of water & a set of silverware, and boy oh boy, Karen did not like that! We were told that the glasses, etc. were all dirty, so giving us something to drink (incl. water) would have to wait. Awesome! Our appetizers arrived, and still no water, and only 50% of the dinners at our table had drink orders taken. The waitress brings a carafe of water sans glasses and reminds us that she “already told us that they didn't have any clean glasses!” We got it, thanks. So, we're staring at our carafe, wondering if we can make a makeshift water vessel out of a dirty marinara dish sitting on our table, or a half-drunk water bottle in the back seat of the car, that belonged to the family dog. But we say, "no! We're paying customers we deserve a "real" glass." But we were wrong.I made a bold move to walk over to the bar and ask for glasses, as it was apparent, they had a ton. As I'm carrying the glasses back to the table, I alert my non-service oriented service staff not actually named Karen, that glasses were now available! Yay! But non-Karen-Karen, doesn’t like this, and this is the moment where it Really goes downhill....She walks behind me/ over our table and loudly proclaims, "you spoke to me "aggressively" about water, and you can see I'm busy! " *Silence* The next tables stop speaking, everyone is now listening-in, and a lone wolf howls in the distance..."Karen," starts to become what the kids like to call, "coo-coo for coco puffs.” We patiently explain that there is "zero ulterior motive about the water, we're not in fact the devil him/herself, but calling women or a customer "aggressive," when they tried to order food or drinks is politically incorrect at best, deeply offensive, and harmful at worst."What proceeds next is the response of all the Karen's everywhere, ""well, I'm also a person, and You are aggressive for telling Me about the water glasses, when you can see I'm so busy!" Correct. We're aware you're a person, which is why we're being so patient, despite her truly bizarre meltdown at the table. As I was saying, the evening was going great!I found the manager, introduced myself, asked how's she's doing, and explained that "I understand restaurants have busy nights, but verbally attacking a customer, is umm...? uncalled for. I'll pay anything to not have this person not serve our table, but we would still Love something to drink." So, Karen el Coo Coo de Coco did not return to the table, but neither did any other waiter/waitress from that moment on. Basically, we did a service whistle-blow, and didn’t receive service again, not that we were really receiving any before this. The only time another person came to the table was to remove the plates and give us the check. No, we never had the rest of the drink orders taken, and we're still waiting on the salt & pepper shakers. No one asked us how they could make the situation better, there was zero apology given, and nothing was removed from the bill, but we didn't ask for any of that.We only requested that the waitress not come near us again. When we went to pay, the table next to us (that witnessed the debacle) said to us,” under no circumstances should you leave a tip.” That sounds bold, but it's unfair, as the kitchen staff and busers deserve it, and it's not their fault th
This was one of, if not the rudest experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. Extremely hostile and crass waitstaff. I will never go back. But judging from the reviews on other apps, the owners are apparently also rude, and as the saying goes, “a fish rots at the head…”
This was a horrible experience. The wait staff and manager were rude and unapologetic about it. Don't go into the service industry if you can't handle a polite group of customers!!
Place is good, servers are nice young kids who are very kind and welcoming. That being said, you wouldn't find pepper, olive oil or parmesan on your table, or have a basket of nice warm sliced ciabatta, you know. Food could be slightly warmer, and desserts can definitely be prepared better.
I was eager to try this restaurant for a bunch of reasons. Finally it coincided with our visit to Mac Hayden theatre and kismet!! Arrived to friendly and engaging staff, nice location and indoor and outdoor seating. What else could we want?? Good food. Number one requirement for good Italian food:good flavorful,full-bodied red sauce. So despite all the pluses: flavorless, weak and thin sauce, dry, chewy chicken and so so pasta. Disaster. Even the traditional Wedding soup a major flop. Thought maybe another try on another day?? Not sure. Hope things go better for you.
