This place is truly special. You don’t find food like this outside of a big city. From apps to cocktails to deserts, the food was just insanely good
I came here for the 16th anniversary together with my love. During the entire meal I was able to taste such an intermingling of flavors and textures that my taste buds just kept wanting to explore (tangy, savory, sweet, creamy, depth, and more). I tried everything that was served to our table and enjoyed every bite. Before enjoying the flavor, I enjoyed the plating of the food because it is lovely creating a beautiful experience of imagining the flavor before tasting the flavor and none of the sights disappointed. The servers were a delight making sure our experience was just right. I highly recommend visiting and experiencing this location!
Such a cute spot to grab dinner with friends--love the outdoor seating. Overall experience is always spectacular: great service, decor, food!
We had the whole brick oven fish (serves 2) at Pima last night, absolutely stunning. Everything from drinks, appetizers, to dessert was well executed. The crudo was fresh and amazing; the chef takes pride in the fish they source. They have nice outdoor seating available as well if you are looking for patio dining while it’s still nice out. My only minor complaint was that we were early birds and found it to be very cold in the dining room until things warmed up a little with the open kitchen, so if you dine inside I suggest a long sleeve something or other. That advice may not even be relevant if you dine later in the evening or if you aren’t often chilly like I tend to be.They also offer a different pub style menu at the bar if you aren’t looking for a full dining experience but are just looking for some bites and drinks.? recommend.
Such a gem of a restaurant! From the appetizers, cocktails, entrees, ambiance to the service…everything was wonderful. The chef puts a creative touch on every dish. Truly one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time! Plenty of gluten free and vegan options (clearly labeled! Seriously - my husband has celiac and we’ve never seen so many good options!). Can’t wait to come back!
One of the best meals I have had in ages! We ordered drinks, appetizers, main courses, and desserts and everything was fantastic. I can't wait to come back!!
Most excellent fare in Chatham! Have been coming to Chatham for years to visit our son at the Mac…have eaten at most of the restaurants in Chatham, Valatie and Kinderhook as well as a couple in Hudson…haven’t eaten better prepared food ANYWHERE! Kudos to Cory!
The beautiful decor really transports you to somewhere in the Mediterranean. The flatbread was excellent. I could have eaten the entire thing myself but I had to share it with the table. Also the puff pastry cigar appetizer was delicious. Can’t wait to go back to try more things on the menu.
It's was ok. Lamb was overcooked. The pate was oxidized brown, not very appealing. Flavors were fine, maybe just work on the important details. Cocktails were good, staff was very friendly and provided good service.
Very limited menu with big NYC prices. Food is good but portions are small. They even charged $6 for bread with your meal, which was pita. $9 for a small green salad. Average entree was $32 to $36. The fact that they charge six dollars for pita bread when you’re paying $36 for your meal leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

Smart owner took over the swank Nonno space on Main St (a victim of covid). They recruited a brilliant chef and staffed with sharp servers and front office. prices reflect the quality of the food and beverage, my date's vodka/cucumber situation was brilliant. wine list is serviceable but can improve. NB vegans, dishes like the roasted harissa carrot will make you so happy you didn't eat in. this is great food, and sitting outside across from the steeple and clock at sunset is what HV summer nights are all about. see my pics. or just go.
Quite a fine meal. Hats off to a new place with prompt service and distinctive excellent food.
Amazing and creative dishes in a classy small town setting.
Great service and beautiful, delicious food!
Really tasty food - I got the stuffed fennel which was delicious. The interior is beautiful, and there’s lots of outdoor seating out front and some on the back patio as well. Currently it’s reservation only though so plan ahead!
