A Chautauqua Institution tradition. Have been coming here for as long as I can remember and they are always have great ice cream and friendly staff. The portions are generous. I appreciate that they serve Hershey’s ice cream, instead of Perry’s like many other places on the lake. Will definitely be returning soon!
This is a cafeteria style restaurant positioned very close to the Lake Chautauqua Amphitheater. It is essentially a MOB SCENE after the morning lecture. But, the line does move quickly. What I LOVED about this place is the variety on the menu. What I didn't like so much about the Brick Wall Café is the "quality" of the food. With slight changes, the food could be really exceptional. We were a group of 5 adults, 1 child. We found a shaded 4-seater table to accommodate...
Located in the Chautauqua complex, the service is quite slow after a lecture. The food is overpriced. The ready to go meals are edible, not great. Ice cream is delicious. Not many options on the grounds.
