Brian's Best Gluten Free Bakery

I just tried my first Brian’s Best everything bagel. 5 stars. EXCELLENT! Definitely the best overall gluten free everything bagel I’ve ever had. No doubt about it. The fact that their bagels are also dairy free and made of natural, wholesome ingredients is really cool. I double toasted it. The bagel was nice and crunchy around the edges. The spice mix on top was that perfect everything bagel mix and didn’t fall off in the toaster. We were pleasantly surprised to see these amazing bagels are made in Cheektowaga! We can’t wait to check out the bakery in person. Great stuff Brian’s Best GF Bakery team! Killin it right here in WNY!

The best service people and the best jalapeño bagels and there jam and they are amazing I love them and suggest any day to do it

My discovery of Brian’s Best are the rolls. Omg the texture is perfect. The taste is great! Finding these products appears to be the challenge.

I have no restrictions, but I sampled a Dairy free and Gluten free roll, and I couldn't discern the difference ? yummy!!!

I went for the first time yesterday and was very pleased. Pat spent time with me going through my needs and identifying products. I bought everything bagels and Rye bread. I haven't tried the bread yet but the bagels are very good.

Made turkey stuffing with Brian’s Best dinner rolls and it was amazing!

Very delicious chocolate chip cookies and more. A bit different locale from gps.

We tried their frozen pizza dough today and it is so far the best GF pizza we have had! There is a special way to handle this dough, but if you follow their instructions it does turn out great. My only suggestion for this pizza dough is to include baking instructions and I am glad I called ahead before baking it, as it is a little tricky, but is easy to do. I will say the dough is only enough for a personal pan pizza so if you wanted to make a medium to large size you would have to buy 2-3 packages.

We got cookies, muffins, and pizza, and we ate it all on the picnic table outside! Eight of us showed up at 2:00 on a Saturday, an hour before they closed, and they went out of their way to provide a DELICIOUS meal for us!! Highly recommend - especially the lemon blueberry muffins!!

So glad I stopped in today. I was able to test some items and purchased plenty to try. The chocolate chip cookies were the best I have had. Even my husband thought they were tasty. I will definitely be back.
