Had a highly disappointing visit here. Ordered ahead, as usual, got there 2 minutes later than the scheduled pick up time. Restaurant was mostly empty, so I was surprised when my order wasn't on the shelf. Waited about 5 minutes when a staff member asked my name to check. I literally just got scammed by chipotle. Never had a problem at this particular location except inconsistent pricing. I literally get the same thing every single time. I usually pay anywhere from about $9-$16 at this location. There was a new crew member on the cash register who I’ve never seen before maybe a new manager or something. Last night I spent $19!! - I got the same thing that I always get. In fact, I was actually asking for HALF scoops of everything!!! Not to mention...
