Good food but the drive-thru doesn't have all the options that ordering inside does. Also, there is never anyone actually working the drive-thru. I have had to call the store multiple times from my car sitting in the drive-thru.
Stopped in Saturday September 21st at 6:45, the crew working was awesome. Greeted us as soon as we walked in, provided excellent service, made us delicious food, and were just super kind. This is our favorite Moe’s location. Always a great experience.
Yesterday (Thursday) was my first time ever at Moe's Southwest Grill on Union Rd in Cheektowaga. It was a Wonderful experience. The staff: Warm, Friendly, professional, being someone who owned and ran a catering business; that goes a long way in my opinion. The food was fresh and delicious! The atmosphere was calm and pleasant.
