First time and probably last time I get my food at Panera Bread!!
3 times wrong delivery on the same order so a delivery pre orders at a specific time ended up in disaster and over 2 hours delay... I gave up and the manager I talked to actually laughed in desperation... The manager apologized and mailed me 2 vouchers I could use for my inconvenience.
I then tried using them days ago- but the vouchers was limited to a 2 pick choice and not the bowls for some reason....read full review
