This place was absolutely not it! We waited almost an hour for food, ordered the “bone fire” and all our food was cold, as in cold to the touch. Everything we had was stale, with the exception of the drinks. I’ve been told Buffalo food always disappoints so my bar was set fairly low and this place took the cake.

Had the house ribs and they were solid. Tasty! Beans and the corn came from a bag with now seasonings. Same with a lot of the sides. Mediocre bbq food. Good atmosphere good bartender. Received my ribs in 5 mins after ordering.

Never, and I mean NEVER get wings here!! Their JUMBO wings are the size of a baby carrot. Prices are way too high for the food you’re given. Pretty bad. Looks nice inside, though so I’ll give the atmosphere 3/5.

Called at 9:40 to make sure they were still serving food. Open til midnight said they are serving food until 10:30. Walked in at 9:55 and the lazy staff claim they are done serving food. Typical of this location. Don’t waste your time coming here… staff never want to be bothered to actually do their job. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
When we arrived for our 6pm reservation, nothing was ready. The area that they put us in was dirty, floor was not swept and the tables were wiped but now clean. Food was average at best. Very disappointed. Server was okay.

It was comical. 4 of us went for an early dinner at 4:30. Ended up ordering of the early menu. Didn't order any cocktails. The bill came to $109. The portions were the smallest of the small. Including the 2×2 inch 1 piece of garlic bread that each meal came with. We substantially tiped the staff. They were amazing. Had to listen to them being "spoken to" from angry customers complaining about portion sizes for 2 hours. I get inflation but your shrink flation is off the hook.

First time customer. A friend forwarded me you Rib Special ad so i tried them for lunch today at work. The ordering, pick-up, customer service were all great. The loaded mashed potatoes and corn were great. The ribs were horrible :( I ordered a full rack excited to have leftovers. I couldnt even finish 3 bones. I had to go back after work and tell Gabrielle. I didnt want a refund or any other food. Gabrielle was great but I was so grossed out i couldnt eat dinner. And my full intent was to help Smokey Bones so they didnt serve anymore ribs until the problem was fixed. They reminded me of ribs that were 5 days old and just re-heated. I honestly hope they believe me and fixed the problem. And i have to compliment Gabrielle on how hard she tried to fix the problem when addressed with it.
