First time customer. A friend forwarded me you Rib Special ad so i tried them for lunch today at work. The ordering, pick-up, customer service were all great. The loaded mashed potatoes and corn were great. The ribs were horrible :( I ordered a full rack excited to have leftovers. I couldnt even finish 3 bones. Menu has a confusing part for two different types of baby back ribs. The more expensive one does not say they are babybacks but when I ordered babybacks thinking it would be one price the bill was $10 higher. After talking to the manager she related $5.

It was comical. 4 of us went for an early dinner at 4:30. Ended up ordering of the early menu. Didn't order any cocktails. The bill came to $109. The portions were the smallest of the small. Including the 2×2 inch 1 piece of garlic bread that each meal came with. We substantially tiped the staff. They were amazing. Had to listen to them being "spoken to" from angry customers complaining about portion sizes for 2 hours. I get inflation but your shrink flation is off the hook.
