Stopped in to pick up a coffee for a friend and I. When I went back to my vehicle it wouldn't start. Staff (Savannah) went over and above to try and help me out. I love all the workers at this store. However there’s a new girl working today and she did not listen to my order and did not charge me for my oat milk in my mocha. I tried to confirm that it was oat milk as I cannot have dairy. I took a sip of it and could not taste mocha and it tasted way different than my normal drink I get every day. Very nice Starbucks and decent size on the inside! I’ve never had an issue with my order, but have had problems with the staff. There is one lady that I would see frequently who was always passive aggressive in the drive thru window. Even when going inside the store, she always seemed to have an annoyed demeanor.
