Subway in Cheektowaga

“I absolutely love subway and this one did not disappoint. They made great subs and they tasted great. They make it right in front of you of course and I still think its cool. Now I do have one complaint but that just may be because I didn't understand something. The workers had a accent that was very strong and I had no idea what they were saying. That may be because of me just not knowing how to understand them. So I am not going to take any stars off! Other than that they taste so good and they never taste different.“

“Walked in taken care of immediately. Order 4 subs, 3 whole n 1 half sub. People taking care of us was friendly, professional n very helpful. Ordered new steak n cheese, Italian BMT, oven roasted chicken n ham n cheese subs. Steak sub was amazing. So much better than original. The other 3 were very good, made correctly n within a reasonable time. Had issue with rewards card while cashing out. Was given phone number to call as well as a website to check out to fix the problem. Again great food. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend this location to others.“

“This subway was the best subway I ever ate at. The customer service was amazing everything was prepared freshly and so clean was the store. The service was so fast and it didn't alter the quality of the sandwich at all.And a young African american male about 6 feet tall i didn't get his name but his sandwich making skills was extraordinary and so was his customer service.That young man deserves a raise and so does the rest of the staff. I give this establishment 10 stars out of 5“
