Absolutely EXCELLENT coffee, kickass ambience and brilliantly engaging staff/owners who understand, deeply, their craft and their model. While places come and go in the Loaf, Valkyrie will definitely stay and prosper.

Amazing coffee shop! Stopped by this morning and tried the iced banana coffee—absolutely incredible! Skip the other spots in Orange County and head straight here. Highly recommend!
