I have never visited the restaurant before. For my initial visit, I wanted to experience the widely acclaimed "hype." The "hype" was indeed remarkable and delectable. From the service, a worker took my order through the drive-thru. Since it was my first time, I explained this to the worker, who provided excellent service. I ordered the chicken deluxe and the chicken. The chicken was juicy, tender, and delicious. I will certainly return.

Consistent food, friendly staff over several visits.

The new rest stop design is actually horrid, causing lines to obstruct foot traffic to the store and bathrooms. Also if you are there shortly after sunrise or shortly before sunset you will be blinded by the sun shining directly E-W in the building.

There are also no hand sanitizer locations in the rest stop or at the food counter.

Not sure why but I felt the burger patty was very oily and the chicken was very salty. Maybe it's just me but I didn't enjoy the meal as much as I had pictured the enjoyment in my mind.
