I asked for a chicken sandwich meal and they never asked for a name for the order a sprite for the drink and chick-fa sauce but all they gave me was the sandwich and the sprite and NO chick-fa sauce and NO fries

I always have mine brought home to me by my brother when he goes to run errands, and i USUALLY won't eat takeout more than 10 minutes or so after it was picked up (soggy..ew) But CfA always travels well, and is still just as delicious at home, as it is in house.

This Chick-fil-A is in one of the newly redone rest/service areas on the NY State Thruway. The atmosphere feels more like a truck stop than a Chick-fil-A. It doesn’t seem like the service area is holding up to the high volume that it gets, but that would be NY State Thruway’s responsibility and not Chick-fil-A’s. The new building, rest rooms, and parking area already seem overused, worn, and tired. The food, service, and personnel at the Chick-fil-A counter are a bright...
