“We went for the buffet on a Saturday afternoon. The food was fine. Good variety, clearly labeled. Most of the food was lukewarm, and I like my hot food hot. The service was respectable and the restaurant was clean. I liked that we got a full carafe of water.
We'll go back to order off of the menu.”

“It was soooo yummy! Been twice and was satisfied both times. Crepes came out perfectly golden!. The fruit patisserie one is AMAZING! And the Ferraro roche pastry is delicious! Omg and the blackberry pastry was my bfs fav he liked that one a lot. It’s pricy and a pretty penny but worth it. 😊😊😊 they use fresh hand chopped up fruit and the crepes and drinks come out hot! We will definitely come back again next time we’re ready to splurge on a nice sweet treat ❤️❤️”

“This place is great for a party or a watch party but eating there on the regular I feel isn’t the thing to do. Yes the food is good but it lacks most of the flavor of the names of the foods. The staff are respectful and kind. The atmosphere is very overwhelming and loud. Overall just another New York restaurant.”

“After years of purchasing coffee at the Route . 11, Cicero, New York Starbucks, my husband and I will never go there again. It is completely due to the insults and accusations We received from the Manager. Now when you go to a such a Business often as we do, mistakes occasionally happen. That is understandable and the staff has always been accommodating. They do not accuse you of trying to take advantage of then for the difference of a Dollar. We order the same thing every time. For years . Two large Mocha Lattes with no foam, A dash of whip cream and double cups . (Double cups because about a year ago we had a large cup collapse as a barista leaned out to hand my husband a cup of coffee and it collapsed and it hit both of us with hot coffee FYI we were burnt but not horribly the server was horrified. We did not seek legal action against Starbucks it was an accident we just started double copping and the problem was solved . We did notl ask for anything other than to have the ruined, paid in full coffee replaced and a whole bunch of napkins to clean us both up and the van. We were not offered a complementary coffeeven get our money back on it and have a free one given to us we simply had them remake it and went on our way with a bunch of napkins wiping everything up out of the and in our vehicle.”

“Love, DQ, and it’s many options of blizzards/Sundays/hamburger items and other yummy delicious things to eat. The people are fantastic that work here. The staff are very friendly, and service is quick, and with a smile. Quite the contrast, from the Dairy Queen in Colonie New York. Totally a big difference night and day. I love the Dairy Queen here in Cicero, New York/Syracuse area. Will be returning soon.”
