Toast Cicero serves beautifully presented and delicious food, including heavenly snickerdoodle macarons and impressive dishes like Smoked Salmon, Caper, and Cream Cheese half bagels. Although the interior is currently divey and in need of renovation, the excellent food and service make it a promising destination. Despite some cosmetic issues with the building and signage, Toast Cicero offers a welcome change of pace for breakfast and coffee lovers.
