I’ve been going here almost every morning for breakfast. everytime i go to the window the lady barely says anything and just hands me my stuff and closes the window. this morning i waited in line for 10 mins and when i got to the speaker to order no one said anything for 20 mins so i just drove off.

This location (Cicero) does their best every time! They are fast, courteous, and accommodating. The inside is clean and comfortable. Nice spot to relax and eat inside. Drive-thru can get busy, so check your order before pulling away as mistakes can happen. Sometimes inside is closed due to being short staffed.

I order the same drink every day. When the regulars are on its usually right. Some days I need them to tweak it. But never a problem till today.Rude is all I can say about one employee who had no business putting in her two cents. I was willing to pay for a second drink, but because my first one was not as ordered they gave it to me. She was huffing and puffing making rude comments. Thank You to the workers who get it right daily ❤️Even my six year old grandson commented on...
