I just wanted to take a second to share the experience I had at this location. I ordered a breaded apple twist because there was a deal on the app. When I got there, they notified me they were out. No biggie, I understand build-to numbers can change all the time. The person apologized and gave me two donuts for the inconvenience. They were so kind! I feel for every Dunkin worker who may get yelled at by customers for being out. Adaptability is a part of life.

The drive through girl was super friendly and nice. They made my drink wrong by accident and she apologized profusely and then got me my drink made correctly. We bad a big order with multiple drinks and food items and everything else was correct

I’ve been going here almost every morning for breakfast. everytime i go to the window the lady barely says anything and just hands me my stuff and closes the window. this morning i waited in line for 10 mins and when i got to the speaker to order no one said anything for 20 mins so i just drove off.
