Like, what? And no, if didn't yell or raise my voice, I was very confused and shut down. Got to the window, they confirmed my name and gave me my receipt, confirmed that I got my 15% off even though the app didn't recognize it. The second window, pushed my food out so hard and fast I nearly dropped the 2 bags. My fries were seriously cold and during a dinner service, that should never ever happen. Fried souls be being dropped constantly to prevent this.
I had requested no ice for my drink. No, extra ice. Im not joking, so much ice it went all the way down.
I'm disappointed. They are still better than the other one near us, but I shouldn't have to put in that much effort for fast food and they could at least pretend to be courteous. The pay window was very pleasant.“
