Excellent food. Excellent service area on the New York State Thruway. The New York State Thruway Authority today announced the new Clarence Service Area (I-90 westbound, mile marker 412) in Clarence, NY is now open to the public. I've stopped here the last 2 mornings to get breakfast while traveling the thruway for work. I've been pleasantly surprised with this location. Not the friendliest employees but most certainly not rude either. They were fast, made my food correctly each time and my drink was made the same (correctly) both times. All those are things that my local Dunkin cannot seem to get right. I will be stopping every time I'm on the thruway!
