ordered 3 drinks chai and latte First off 20 bucks and they never called me and they just set drinks out and went about their way took forever for receipt also way drink was overloaded with ice

I always feel amazing going here. This location especially!
The employees at this location are outstanding and deserve five stars. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the current management. Since the new manager took over, the store feels less efficient, less welcoming, and more stressful for both customers and staff. The difference is noticeable enough that the store consistently appears to run better when the manager is not there. My review reflects concerns about leadership, not the hardworking crew.
