Terrible experience at this Tim Hortons on Main Street in Clarence, NY. I ordered bagels and they were warm, not toasted, and tasted awful. I was in a rush to get to work and trusted they'd get a simple order right — but they didn't. The food ruined my breakfast and honestly threw off my whole morning. I have the receipt and everything to prove it.
This location clearly doesn’t care about quality or customer service. I will be contacting Tim Hortons corporate about this experience and expect to be compensated. Extremely disappointed.

So I order a hot coffee with 4 creams in it,a medium,then I order a large hot coffee with 3 creams in it,which I have been ordering for years at Tim hortons! They are both cold as ice! So I tell the 2 rude ladies behind the counter coffee is cold,they say oh that's to much cream that makes it cold! Lol. Really been ordering it like that for years! At Tim Horton's thru out the state,and it don't come out ice cold! Then 2 of m try and attack me and show measurement of how much cream it is! Again I order it everyday like that and 4 creams don't make a coffee ice cold! So u might wanna do your job better is more like it! And keep the coffee hot and fresh,this was at 11:45 am,Tues,7/1. This ust a b a well run Timmy hos,has since gone down hill as seen in other reviews as well. You might wanna get some new help!

Waited about 20 minutes for a Ryan breakfast bowl that was all uncut sausage and burned egg so one way or the other totally inedible. Terrible way to start the day. There are just better choices

Was disappointed in our visit. We got 2 bagels and 2 coffee (iced). $16 Hardly any cream cheese; we asked for it to be toasted, I think they just passed it over the toaster. Iced coffee was served black, had to ask for cream and sugar on the side.

Tim Horton's used to be such a great place to go. The coffee is not the same as before, and their doughnuts are never fresh. I will say that their breakfast choices that they put together to order are good. One of my biggest items of concern is how the inside of the store is never swept or moped. This is a busy franchise, and it should be cleaned more often.

Needs better management. Getting your coffee made right is a 50/50. Workers have no urgency. Typical drive through wait time at 6-7am is about 4-5 minutes
