The management and staff very rude especially when busy. Don't trust nobody making my food that serve without having a nasty attitude. You don't like the job find another one.
The staff at this particular Tim Hortons location are top notch. Both in-store and the drive thru are ran with extreme proficiency. I wish I still lived right near this location, as other Tims locations are run nowhere near as smoothly as this operation. And remember, be kind!

I agree this is one of the worst run Tim Hortons I’ve ever seen. The workers seem totally disinterested. I do a little door dashing on the side part time and every time I go to the store the order is never ready and nobody’s interested in helping me. So I refuse to go back to the store any further. I even had one worker yell at me one time because I asked her about an order. She basically said I’m on break they’re working on it! In a snotty tone. The owner really needs to get his or her act together and have somebody dedicated to fulfilling these orders because it’s just gonna get worse not better.

This is one of the worst run Tim Hortons. Service is consistently bad. On my last visit, the staff was bickering publicly, my online order took over 20 minutes to be ready while folks who placed their order in store received theirs ahead of mine. 1 male worker ignored me when I asked for help at the section to pick up orders, i had to go to the folks preparing the food for someone to finally look at the screen and see that my order was there waiting to be prepared. There is also 1 older female worker who is always rude to customers and seems to bully the other staff. New management is definitely needed or it will likely get shut down.

Closes at 10 but was told they stop serving donuts at 9:30. It was 9:33. It would have been nice to know before i drove 17mins for a donut
All employees were super friendly, great atmosphere! Well done staff! Great location! Good was excellent aswell! Bacon egg and cheese on and English muffin with a hash brown! And my coffee was perfect. Not over sugared...

Terrible experience at this Tim Hortons on Main Street in Clarence, NY. I ordered bagels and they were warm, not toasted, and tasted awful. I was in a rush to get to work and trusted they'd get a simple order right — but they didn't. The food ruined my breakfast and honestly threw off my whole morning. I have the receipt and everything to prove it.
This location clearly doesn’t care about quality or customer service. I will be contacting Tim Hortons corporate about this experience and expect to be compensated. Extremely disappointed.
