“I found this place in a Google search for gluten free dining. My husband has Celiac's and has to be careful when dining out. We were so grateful for all the GF choices and the dedicated GF fryer. We had the cheese sticks and they were amazing!! Our server, Steven, was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. The prices are reasonable and the food was delicious!! We will definitely be back. We happened to be in the area but it's definitely worth the hour drive for us to get there. If you're GF or not you definitely need to eat there!!“

“Friendly service. The food exceeded our expectations, it was delicious from appetizers to desserts. the hand crafted sauces are definitely a highlight. the food doesn't need sauces, but they definitely add a nice pop of flavor. we had : Yuca frita Arepitas con queso guda Arepa Pernil Cachapa Carne Mechada Quesillo de coco Crème Brulè cheescake Mango juice and a pineapple soda“

“Our son was in a concert at the Cohoes City Music Hall so we went to Spindles for dinner. My son, husband, and I all had a wonderful dinner. We tried the fried deviled eggs and they were delicious. I also highly recommend any dish served with their risotto! It was the best I have had. Spindles is worth checking out!“
