I want to give this place, the owner and one of the people at the counter (sorry I didn’t get your name) a very big thank you. First, they were so helpful and kind. I was asking a ton of questions and both the owner and the counter person were absolutely phenomenal with their customer service. I just wanted to make my daughter happy and they took the time out of their busy day to make this weird concoction of a cookie cake for me. One of the things that a lot of businesses in the area lack is customer service, this place definitely showed up. Everything looked absolutely delicious. I will be frequently patronizing this place as my go to bakery for now on. Looks better in person (I’m a horrible photographer).Thanks again!

Service here is very very slow

Everything i tried from this bakery is way to sweet. I got a birthday cake, cookies, and a cupcake for my daughter's birthday. Everyone at my daughter's birthday couldn't finish there piece of cake saying it was to rich. I should of stuck with my bakery i always use, Villa Italia. Did not like this bakery!

I cannot recommend Dolce and Biscotti enough! Less than a week before my baby’s 1st birthday, the baker I originally booked completely vanished on me. I called Dolce and Biscotti in a panic, and even though they were clearly very busy, they stepped in to save the day.

They were so understanding and helpful during such a stressful time. They delivered the most beautiful cake and two dozen custom cookies for our 'One Silly Goose' theme—and everything was as delicious as it was gorgeous! Everyone LOVED the cake and cookies! Most importantly, they were extremely conscious of my nephew's treenut allergy, which gave us such peace of mind. I will 100% be ordering from them again (though next time, I’ll make sure to book in advance!). This is an incredible bakery with heart! They should have been my first choice! I am so happy and grateful to have found them <3
