We used Dolce and Biscotti for our wedding this past September. Everything was amazing!! I’ve never heard so many people rave about a wedding cake before. Matt and the team were so helpful and great to work with. We ended up getting a small wedding cake and a Viennese table which was more than enough desserts. We highly recommend them!!

Purchased several Italian Genette cookies of different flavors. Terrible and very dissapointed. Hard as rocks and no flavor. The icing was crunchy hard and fell off. Maybe old. Had these before and they were great. So sad this bakery has changed. Biscotti cookies were very nice. So sorry and dissapointed. Sad...

Super disappointed with the overall quality. Dry, bland & not the best decorated. I was told that this place was the best in the 518. Forget about it! Give me a bakery from Italian bakery from NYC or Jersey any day of the week. 12 cookies for $39.00? Never again. Ciao for now. 🇮🇹

UPDATE: This bakery clearly has ZERO concern for unhappy customers. Most places make contact and attempt to resolve the issue. I noticed this is the case with all complaints. TERRIBLE and SHAMEFUL!

We ordered a Birthday Cake. Let's just say it was 70% icing and 30% cake. Almost impossible to eat since each bite was just big mouthful of icing. We have previously been happy, but this $60 cake was a disappointment!

Dolce and Biscotti recently did a 50th birthday cake for a party of 30 people for my husband. It was delicious and decorated as the top of a grill with burgers and hot dogs. 😁 everyone loved it! I will definitely get more baked goods from them in the future.

In our family, special occasions are made special by a treat (or several!) from Dolce & Biscotti. The talented bakers at Dolce & Biscotti bring any theme or idea to life with pastry. Cakes are not only beautiful they are delicious - and we've tried them all! We love the assortment of cookies, sconces and sweet breads. For a recent wedding, we had a complex order for multiple cakes, breakfast items and cookies to be ready over a several days. Everything was ready on time & exactly as we had requested. Every item was delicious. Guests raved about the cheesecake, cinnamon rolls and mini-cakes. Gluten-free cookies and cupcakes were carefully prepared and packaged so our guests with food sensitivities were still part of the delicious celebration. We highly recommend Dolce & Biscotti as our preferred bakery.

I've used Dolce and Biscotti for multiple occasions for my daughter. Always enjoyed the quality of the cakes and they also helped us bring custom designs to life. We were very happy with our daughters recent birthday cake. I wish they did more with bread baking past Italian loafs. All our guests have always enjoyed the quality of the cakes too.

The best Italian bakery we have tried. Placing an order for a custom cake was so seamless and quick. They absolutely nailed the design. When we went to pick up the cake we ordered some cannolis and sfogliatellas. My Italian family absolutely loved them and said they were probably some of the best they have ever had. Even when you walk in you can smell how amazing the pastry’s are going to be! We will be back again!

I am not one to write negative reviews but I have to share my experience because I was so disappointed not only with the quality of the product but especially from a human stem point.
I ordered a cake that was supposed to be special, because it was my little girl’s 10th birthday. The cake I was presented with looked nothing like the photo I had given them, which was a very simple cake with a horse. The horse looked like an obese unicorn and the top was entirely bare. It costed $50 for a 6” cake, which honestly I did not mind spending to make my girl happy.
She was upset and that’s the last thing I wanted on her birthday.
It honestly looked like an amateur made it. I reached out because I wanted them to get the chance to make things right, but I was told that THEY felt the cake was appropriate and they wouldn’t be issuing any sort of refund.
A very bad experience all around.
