Was refused corporates number and a refund. Employee threw a bag of donuts at me while I was holding my 1 year old and then wanted to fight me (again, while holding my 1 year old) and made a comment about me not knowing who my daughters father is (he was at work, not that it’s her business) and had no repercussions, I was thrown out of the store. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Manger refused to give out corporates numbers because employees there apparently can’t handle customer service and enjoy, throwing bags at people that are holding children and threatening to fight them. Tried giving me attitude over the phone saying I was somebody I wasn’t like if y’all can’t handle your job, just say that it’s not that hard to put donuts in a bag and make some coffee. Don’t worry, though I found corporate’s number on my own. Don’t put my 1 year old niece in harms way because y’all can’t handle your job. Trash place and trash workers.

Not really sure how this Dunkin is still open… They NEVER get our order right- and we try not to order at this location because of it but sometimes it’s unavoidable for us.Never give us straws. Bacon is always underdone and made me sick the other day. They always put granulated sugar in my drink when I ask for liquid (granulated will not dissolve in a cold drink… common sense you’d think?)Definitely going to travel a minute more down the road to go to McDonald’s instead from now on or go to Stewart’s for their coffee.

I order the same item every time. They seem to *ALWAYS* stuff it up. I ask for an addition of whipped cream, and caramel, which the workers TAKE THE TIME TO CHARGE YOU FOR. So I mean, with that said, if they want to lick corporates boot in such a way every damn time, trust me I get a reciepet, but THEN proceed to on, forgetting a simple, yet crucial/requested add on to an order well, that's just terrible service. And you people think yOu dEsErVe tO bE pAiD mOrE...*MORE*???? H0H that's verryyy funny....

I have been a customer for about a year now after moving to Clifton Park. I have never really been thrilled with this location, (1532 Crescent Rd, Clifton Park) but it is 2 minutes from my house. I am certainly not their "best" customer, but I was a " regular" customer. The older gentleman that works the front in the morning has no personality, but I am there for the donuts, so who cares. However, he consistently gave me the smaller donuts from the side shelf and not the large shelf that you actually choose from; even my grandkids started noticing the smaller size of the donuts. They recently had a price increase, and if possible the donuts shrunk even more. So I have made a decision to shop at another local DD. Pleasantly surprised I am! And guess what! You can freeze the donuts! So now I buy extra, freeze them, and we are all happy! So long DD on Crescent Road....I will NOT miss you!

This location is the Best location!! The coffee is always hot and orders are right. I love the wake up wraps, everything is always fresh. Barb and the staff are always friendly & pleasant and their bathroom is always clean!!

First off, this ain't Starbucks so how can you justify charging $13 dollars for a 3/4 full latte, a chorizo wrap and literally 6 potato puffs. I usually never go to dnd, and after this visit I will stick to my guns. Poor service, ridiculous prices and poor portion size will keep me steering clear of this place.
While grabbing a coffee this morning, I forgot my wallet and Barbara was kind enough to put it on the side for me until I could drive back to get it.Thanks Again!!!

This location is a joke. Any time I order a drink, the beverage I receive is never full and has 2+ inches of product missing. Go elsewhere, these employees don’t care.

Absolutely disrespectful. Lost two faithful customers because they wouldn't serve us on bikes. We tried the drive thru two times and we're denied but the cars behind us got served. We at least would've liked them to tell us and not ghost us.
