Went through drive thru, ordered a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese, was given a plain bagel with cream cheese on the side with NO knife or napkins.
Great customer service
This is my favorite Dunkin and it’s out of my way but I will only come to this one for the last year or so, the staff is super friendly and know their customers orders they’re all wonderful. Krystal and her team are the best. The staff is fun and makes you feel happy and appreciated when you leave here not to mention the orders are fulfilled with accuracy! Keep up the great work everyone
