The manager had an issue with an employee and she handled it perfectly. It’s not easy to handle situations like that, however it started, the manager and other staff handled it with professionally and kindness to everyone else at the store. Kudos to them.

I ordered one drink and it was made wrong. I did talk to a manager and receive a refund. My drink was remade, and I still received the wrong drink. I came back and it was remade again, still incorrectly.

I placed an online order for a single, XL cup of GREEN tea with 5 sugars. Upon getting my SINGLE item, it was incorrect. I returned inside and was told a new one would be made. He confirmed what I wanted and made it. Once it cooled down I realized it was the...
