“We decided to go through the McDonald's drive-thru since most of the local restaurants were closed due to the extreme heat. As expected, the drive-thru line was quite long. The employee taking our order politely let us know that they were short-staffed and that the wait might be a little longer than usual.
We really appreciated her honesty, as well as her positive attitude and friendly demeanor during what was clearly a very busy and stressful time. The employee who handed us our order was equally courteous and appeared to be handling the rush with professionalism and efficiency.
Despite the challenging circumstances, both employees provided excellent customer service. We were genuinely impressed with their professionalism, teamwork, and positive attitudes.“
“Stopped here a few times traveling through. Service, food and cleanliness are all solid - we have never had a an order error (including custom sandwich requests) or waited longer than 10 minutes. The staff bring your food to the table if dining in and are courteous. This location still has a PlayPlace, which is a HUGE PLUS if you have littles. Our toddler always seems to make friends with the other kids playing and the tables nearby allow you to actually eat while they burn off energy. We will happily be back on our next road trip!“
