I've been a Popeyes customer for a long time. I was very disappointed with my most recent visit. My drink cost as much as my entree. Why is my drink $4? Why did my drink seem watered down if it cost so much? The tables were not clean. The soap was watered down. The toilet was not clean and had urine on the seat.

My family and I have been to this location about half a dozen times now. The restaurant is always clean and tidy. The employees are friendly and helpful, and there's always more than enough staff on duty. Last but not least, the food is great! Firstly, don’t order online. Store 483 in Halfmoon NY never gets it right. It’s always missing something and or something you ordered is out of stock. The staff seems not to know how to refund an online order and asks you to pick an alternative. This time no strawberry biscuits and my order was missing 6 wings. They only had 3 customers inside and no one in the drive through but seemed to struggle with my wings and two biscuits. I completely understand the concept of hospitality as a former employee of hospitality but this location is lacking leadership and diversity.

Last time we went they didn’t separate the spicy food from the mild so we couldn’t figure out what was spicy and wasn’t spicy. Went there again today they gave us 4 packets of jelly for 8 biscuits the mash potato gravy tasted watered down barely had taste to it. I shouldn’t have to ask to have spicy chicken and regular chicken packaged in different containers it’s common sense

Entire order wrong after multiple corrections. Ordered one fish sandwich combo and one extra fish sandwich alone, drink with no ice and two dipping sauces. Had to repeat the order several times while ordering as the employee kept saying it back wrong. Go to pickup window, receipt is correct so ok. Drink is handed over, full of ice. No, please remake with no ice. Given the bag, check make sure everything is there, missing the dipping sauces although they did make sure to charge for them. Get all the way home, bite into the sandwiches, both are chicken and not fish. This was said multiple times to the employee as he kept saying chicken. Again though, the receipt was correct showing fish which was more expensive. Entire meal went in the trash. Cannot eat chicken during Lent.There were no other cars in the drive-up or people inside so not sure how so many mistakes could be made.
Every visit was a nightmare for me so I just stopped going. Just drive the 20 minutes to Central

I had said I would never go back a few months ago,and I didn't..but last week decided to give it another try, so glad I did the new owners and employees have made it a great Chicken place again, the food is now excellent !!! The chicken is jucy, cooked, the breading is wonderful, the sides were good if you have stayed away, go back and give them another try, it is everything you could ask for ..Hesther

There is a 100% chance they will get your order wrong. 3 times in a row they’ve screwed up my order. The only reason I came back a third time is because they gave me $10 coupon due to the last screw up. I’m never coming here again.
