Smith's Smokeshack & Kitchen was the hit of the party. Tim, Josh, and Bridget are incredible. They worked with us keeping in line with our budget, created a delicious menu that everyone loved, and made the event extra special with touches like custom menu and menu board for display. We will be booking them again and again! Can't wait to see them at the next pop up location too.

Vegetarian options: That mac and cheese is what dreams are made of! And the coleslaw, forget about it!

Kid-friendliness: They created a custom kid menu for us! The kiddos were thrilled since they were able to go up to the window and order on their own.

Best pulled pork I ever had was in a local owned joint in Tennessee. This is pretty close. The smell coming off the truck drew me in. Friendly faces serving and I noticed how clean the truck looked. Fair prices ( even in this terrible economy) Go out of your way to try this food. Next time I'm gonna try the brisket!

Savory smelling BBQ. It’s a must!

These guys are great! Tom was attentive to all of my questions, flexible with scheduling pickup of food and everything was absolutely delicious! There was plenty of food in the trays I purchased and all of our guests loved it!

This was some serious BBQ, great smoke flavor came through with every bite. The real deal!

One of the best chicken salads I’ve had, the pickles gave an already perfect sandwich an extra zing with the crunch and flavor! So yummy can’t wait to try them again, recommend highly!

Tim catered our baby shower and everyone raved about the food! The menu featured pulled chicken and brisket, which were both awesome. Tim was nice enough to pack some lefties for our guests to take home because they wanted MORE! Great BBQ!
