My daughter and I stopped in for a quick snack. I had the strawberry frappe and she wanted a chocolate milk out of the cooler. They were all out so the staff offered to make her a fresh cup of it. It was great, she loved it and was very satisfied with the taste. Staff was very friendly, accommodating and efficient !!
I found this to be an average Starbucks experience, not that it's a bad thing, but it is very much in line with other Starbucks I have been to. Customer service is friendly, though at the time of my visit it was clear that they were understaffed.
It is clean and tidy, the same as all Starbucks. Nothing out of the ordinary, but the expected standard and offerings. I like it for the hot coffee, when the trend seems to be to serve luke warm drinks.
