3 peices of meet on a tortilla for the chalupas nothing else on it.
Steak grilled cheese burrito had beans rice and nacho cheese nothing else on it.

I purchased $50 dollars worth of food and I only received $10 worth, they got my order completely wrong and made me late to work, they also punch dogs.

Seems like this is a common complaint but I just spent half an hour in the drive thru before begging the people to let me out. In that half hour, I moved up two spots because other people also decided to cut their losses. I didn’t even make it to the order screen and there were only five-ish cars in front of me the entire time. Do not waste time here. There is a zero percent chance you will get food.

Extremely negative experience. Placed an online order for in store pick up. In store was closed and not clearly marked, so I was forced to use drive-thru. I waited about 5-10 minutes to get to the speaker to provide mobile order information. I was told at the speaker that they had my order and I was okay to pull forward. After waiting 15-20 minutes and arriving at the window, the first (polite) staff member informed me they did not have my drink, so it was switched and I was told food would be out shortly, great. After waiting another 10-15 minutes I was told they did not have the new cheesy street chalupas I ordered due to the previous staff forgetting to take it out to thaw. I understood it wasn’t their fault and I was told I could change the order, so I asked for black bean chalupas instead. I was only given 3 when I had paid for 4 orders of street chalupas so I asked for a 4th black bean chalupa. At this point a second staff member got involved (the problem), rude heavy set white guy with a goatee (didn’t get his name), began making false accusations saying that I had made staff uncomfortable, when they were simply uncomfortable for being the one to tell me they basically had none of my items I paid for. I tried to explain the situation and they continued to argue and yell at me. A third staff member (polite) got involved and I informed him I did not want to cause any trouble, I only wanted the 4th chalupa to swap for my original order. The first and third staff members were very professional and were trying to do their best in an unfortunate situation. But I will not return to this store so long as the second staff member still works there. He was incredibly unprofessional and turned a bad visit into a miserable visit.

If I could rate a zero I would. I pulled in at 12:11 and did not even get to place an order and was completely ignored and had to sit in their drive thru for over 35 mins to be told they were closed at 12:45... I am baffled by the rudeness this establishment is ok with... the fact I was ignored not even talked to is what really made me mad.
Without fail, every single order I have placed for delivery from this Taco Bell has been incorrect ranging from missing at least 1 item to entire meals (Its been several orders...). They rarely seem to check for customizations to your order such as swapping out sauces. Utensils and hot sauce packets frequently not added. Longest drive through line I have ever sat on. I am typically not a complainer but this store in particular quite frankly sucks. I say it with love because I want to see change and not have to drive further away for the same food.

The person my guess the manager was very rude, started swearing at me and told me to get out and that the lobby was closed because it was understaffed and the front doors were locked yet there was people in there eating their food. I will never go to this Taco bell again. The one in Glenville was a lot more nicer and friendly.

Running behind because you are short staffed is 100% understandable - what isn't understandable is swearing at customers and refusing to fix incorrect orders.

This location should be shut down. Took a $12 hit and just walked out after 40 minutes without my food. Employees legit just wandering around doing nothing. How the hell this place is still operating based on the other reviews similar to this one is beyond me. Honestly, it should be investigated lol

Wow, I'm not sure I've ever been stuck in a drive thru line for so long in my life.. I can't speak on the quality of food yet since I'm still waiting..... This wait was is INSANE, it's been exactly 30 minutes already and there is still 4 cars in front of me!!! I've had to reverse out of line twice to let people out of line that were in front of me. I wish I could leave the line but I've already paid through the app and I'm stuck within the drive-through curbs now, I feel like I'm being held hostage. I've seen about six or seven people leave the line and we have roughly 12 or 13 cars in line right now.
Do they only have 1 person in there? I know there was a couple employees standing outside smoking weed for at least 15 minutes (11pm-ish, Saturday 8/9/25). Maybe if they'd get back to work...I don't know, maybe they could move some cars through? I know, crazy concept 🤦🏼
Hospitality Syracuse, the franchise owner, needs to get their crap together. I look through this stores reviews and the owners are constantly telling people they want to make things right for them because of bad experiences, send them their email so they can fix their orders or whatever. Wouldn't it be easier to just fix your store instead of fixing everybody's messed up orders? Sounds like you need to spend more time at your store Hospitality Syracuse, find out what's broken and fix it. This is shameful.

My daughter who is underage recently visited this store, she got her order to go..when she got home to eat her meal she noticed the cashier “Logan” had put his cell number in her bag, he is clearly alot older, this is disgusting behavior, especially few months after the manager was fired for trying to hook up with an underage girl. Daughter also said most the staff were high schoolers who were on phones and doing anything but working, only one doing it all was manager..disappointing:(
