Awful. Waited in the drive thru, received our food - but missing an entire box. Went inside and the “manager” yelled she put it in the bag. i had the bag, showed the other person - items were not in bag. Refused to make the box, slamming everything around, then initially refused to refund our money. Several people inside with similar issues. SO unprofessional and the place was filthy. Never again.

I ordered our food at 6:08pm it was supposed to be ready at 6:23pm, Drove there food wasn't ready. Waited a few more minutes then asked about the order they tried telling me they don't have the order even with the order number. I showed her the order and how taco bell had already took my money so she needs to figure it out she finally found the order said they would be making it soon. 15- mins or so went buy still no food. I had to ask about my order several times. I didn't get our food until 7:35pm. Then after all of that they forgot burritos, I had to drive back to get missing items. My food was ice cold and funny tasting. While we were waiting we noticed how dirty the whole place. The taco bell in Clifton Park, NY was very dirty and smelly. And the soda machine was out of the syrup for the soda we wanted. This is way to long to wait for food in the fast food service.

Do not order online. They won’t make your order until you ask them about your food several times. Said it would be ready on the app by 6:24, received at 7:30. Gave me a cheesy rollup instead of a Caliente CT Chk Burrito (ordered 2 burritos, 1 rollup). Long line, everyone waited very long. Rollups were cold. Messy floors by kitchen, food scattered. Smells like piss. Sticky floors. Doesn’t taste that good either. They prioritize drive thrus, but don’t worry they’ll mess your order up still, drive thru or not

Wheelchair accessibility: No ramp (+ 5 inch tall sidewalk lol), no automated doors and the one door is locked anyway

We ordered at 6:08 pm on the Taco Bell app and we waited inside for 40+ minutes got our food around 7:30. Inside the Taco bell smelled like pee. We got home and we were missing a Taco. This is not the first time either it happens every time we go to this Taco bell.

Went here twice first time my order was wrong second I left with no food because they couldn't figure out how to use the register and I didn't want to use the kiosk.

The owner is very responsive to feedback, the crew in the restaurant is excellent, my only complaint is that we live so far out that occasionally things get soggy, but that is not the fault of the restaurant. Better than I would expect from a drive-thru! Don't know what the one star reviews are about I've never experienced an issue like that, but people need to leave positive along with negative reviews. If something is good about the place please review it it helps for a more straightforward answer when looking for some place to eat. If you only report it when it's bad, although it provides feedback for the owner, it doesn't do the restaurant any justice for when they actually provide exceptional service. Unfortunately bad news tends to travel at light speed versus the horse and buggy pace of good news.

Bathroom was disgusting and had no hand soap to use so I can only assume the employees are not washing there hands. Food came out sloppy and the shells were stale. Counter tops and floors were also dirty and caked in dirt. Do better...

This is one of the worst and slowest Taco Bell’s in this area. The workers only care about the drive thru and the front counter always is neglected. If you have to order from the counter you are waiting for a long time to be acknowledged. This place is always understaffed and the drive thru has ridiculous wait times also. This is one of the busier restaurants in the area and the service is terrible. My suggestion would be to seriously have some upper management deal with this store asap because I know for sure they have to be losing money.
