While it's easy to understand the lack of available employees and the way the world is, what's not easy to understand is the lack of customer service. When you outwardly act put out and sigh and harrumph about a customer request for a standard pretzel, you have failed. It's truly a joy when you get great service and great food, but today wasn't meant to be that day. When both people working are so put upon to answer how long for a standard pretzel, you can gauge the service. They were, though, quick to say "what we have in the case is what we have" in a very annoyed tone. Watching multiple people come and go, displeased with the way they were interacted with drives it home. During our 10 or so minute wait for our pretzels, a 3rd employee materialized, seemingly with a smile on her face. It's a shame not all of their employees can have this joy. If I could give this location zero stars, I would have.

When I mean this was a TERRIBLE experience I mean this was a terrible experience. I arrived here at noon, the time they should have a variety of things ready, nobody was in line and when I walked up there they told me a 25 minute wait for ANYTHING but their cinnamon pretzels. I waited 25 minutes and they had NOTHING in stock, I was waiting there the whole time and NOBODY went in the line the whole time, so it's not like people bought them out. After a whole hour of nobody except 3 people, which got nothing, because there was nothing to get. Around 1:05 they finally got pretzels and they were not great at all, I would highly recommend not to go here. I love Auntie Annie's but I have never disliked it so much after going here, take the time to go to a different location, please.
