While it's easy to understand the lack of available employees and the way the world is, what's not easy to understand is the lack of customer service. When you outwardly act put out and sigh and harrumph about a customer request for a standard pretzel, you have failed. It's truly a joy when you get great service and great food, but today wasn't meant to be that day. When I mean this was a TERRIBLE experience I mean this was a terrible experience. I arrived here at noon, the time they should have a variety of things ready, nobody was in line and when I walked up there they told me a 25 minute wait for ANYTHING but their cinnamon pretzels. I waited 25 minutes and they had NOTHING in stock, I was waiting there the whole time and NOBODY went in the line the whole time, so it's not like people bought them out.
