Food was very good there..we got chicken and biscuits! Everything seemed homemade, carrots and cut celery, pieces of onion, with biscuits over mashed potatoes. Everything came fast and hot, more than enough to eat! Service would have got a 5 but we were waiting a bit for service and refills on drinks but it was mildly busy there. Atmosphere was pretty good, bathrooms could have used a little attention but was overall a great place to eat
Visited in past for breakfast - it was okay. But this visit wasn't as good. The Hashbrowns were greasy and soggy - so that was an awful taste. No options of Jelly Flavor they give you 2 flavors to choose from for toast. Omelet was overcooked and rubbery - no meat - yet the price was still $13 for just that plate. Our breakfast ended up over $30 for 2 people with no meat at all just eggs - toast and Soggy Greasy Hashbrowns. Not sure if we will be back anytime soon. Other...
Countryside was wonderful, reminded me of the old your host restaurants, friendly food was out of this world, I will stop their for now on instead of stopping on the truway, it's not that far out of the way and you can jump back on the 90.
