We've been to other Apollo Bakeries before and this one is definitely off of the beaten path up in College Point Queens. Not a lot of options compared to the other Apollo, but still worth a visit if in the neighborhood.
This place was so wonderful. My friend and I are staying at a hotel nearby and we're looking for breakfast. This place is a 5 minute walk from the Ly Hotel (10/10 btw). My friend and I got SEVERAL baked goods and a drink. She spent $15 I spent $20 and we got a lot.
I got the Iced Almond Tea which is something I haven't had before. It's a very delicious and refreshing drink

Great coffee and great prices! Got 3 pastries and coffee for $12. I recommend their sponge cheesecake

Based on reviews, Apollo Bakery III is a small, cozy Chinese bakery in Flushing, run by Taiwanese owners. It is one of three locations. The interior is simple with only two small tables, making it a casual and comfortable place for a quick stop, not for sitting a long time. The coffee is smooth and very good, and they also offer iced milk tea and various pastries. The selection is not as big as other Flushing bakeries, but it is understandable. They have a coffee flavor moon cake that is amazing; the cake is very light and not too sweet, with light icing. For parties, they offer special orders like a two tier cake with fresh fruit filling and longan walnut cupcakes. The sales associates are lovely, friendly, nice, and willing to help. Cash is preferred.
