I have forsaken all other breads for Catherine bread. I love bread, but it rarely loves me; I typically get a stomach ache from American bread. This bread feels like a miracle to me, because I can eat it and I feel great. I live a state away and thankfully I can order from this bakery through Weee.
The bread loaves I have received have always been fluffy, soft, and fresh, plus already sliced. The loaf is taller than supermarket bread, so you can make a mighty sandwich.

Great bakery. Very fresh bread, they even provide bread to restaurant so you know it's good.
I ordered their pork floss bread on Weee and it was delicious, soft fluffy moist bread, perfect amount of meat.
