“This is the last Bar on College Point Boulevard & you know what? they're doing a heck of a job to stay around!!! Good laughs, drinks, Food, friendly Jukebox, Pool Table, Bar scenery & neighborhood. i give much props to all the bartenders, Debbie, Claudia, Beckzz & Jimmy.“

“Great food, only complaint is I’m a flats type of person, we ordered 30 pcs, got 5 flats…. That’s unacceptable… when we mentioned it, they said it’s random. But if we made a special mention how is it every time we go, it’s more drums than flats. Plus if you want to order all flats it’s an upcharge, all drums it’s an upcharge…
The locations can be a little more tidy… especially Westbury. But the wings are great and the employees do try to be nice“

My gf and I split a chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries w a side salad. Portions were generous for the city and we left full! Seemed like a big party bar and we loved the energy! “My first time to a professional baseball game and only second time to New York! I'm glad it was Game 1 of the ALDS. We flew in Saturday morning from Wilmington, NC and back out Sunday evening! Not only was the energy out of this world, but Lisa, had more control of the bar patrons in both fairness and communication in her delivery of adult beverages! Thanks for a memorable experience and I hope to revisit in the near future! (invitations are gladly accepted - 🤣🤣🤣)“

“Great neighborhood bar. They recently changed a lot of the staff, this is not common for a neighborhood bar, but it “corporately owned, they have 8 other bars in the city. I like it before 10-11pm and during the week because the weekends have that “bridge & tunnel , young & drunk” energy. If it’s one of those nights you want to dance or “go big” rather than “go home” it has a DJ’s and a variety of music. Tuesdays I’ve seen a live band that was really good. It’s a fun place. Wade, one of the new bartenders is awesome, and a girl with straight blonde hair, I just can’t remember her name at the moment. They work together on Tuesdays. Their food comes from Gin Mill, their sister bar down the street. Their tater tots are really good, chicken tendersare decent. Their food in general is pretty good and decent prices.“

After looking at many places on Columbus that just didn’t thrill us, we were SO happy to find the incredibly delicious Mexican cuisine at Nina’s last night I had the Cochinita Pibil (with an orange habanero salsa on the side that will let you know who’s boss…) and my old friend had Enchiladas Mole with chicken. Excellent and authentic food with warm, friendly staff, and a great bar selection with many tequilas. Nina’s is great! Reasonable too! Glad to give credit where it’s due to this 7mo old establishment that I hope stays for many years! Will return for more!“

“My boyfriend and I, buffalo wings fans, decided to do what we call “THE NY WINGS ROUTE” to find, according to our taste, the best wings in the city. Meller’s Sports was our first stop. The place is a very well decorated sports bar. Has happy hour for food and drinks MON-FRI 12 -7. We were served by a very friendly waitress. The small portion of wings comes with 8 pieces of correct size. The buffalo sauce is very successful style (or is) Franks Red Hot wings. They were juicy. Our rating is: 7/10. “I am Happy to say I was introduced to The Woodlot thanks to a Yelp event. I enjoyed the atmosphere and service, I declared that I would definitely return.

A couple months later a fav and I decided to stop in after an event. Upon walking in Amanda (co-owner/partner) greeted me by name. What? How in the world did she remember me by name? That’s wild and the look on my face expressed my utter surprise. We all burst out in laughter.

Just like the first time we grabbed a seat @ the bar. I truly enjoyed the atmosphere and feel of the space. It gives spacious elevated comfort, if that's even an interior design thing.

Amanda was just as sweet and attentive as before as she managed to take care of everyone solo. I told her I returned like I said I would to try their wings and another cocktail off the menu.

My fav and I both opted for a couple of the FOCO U Martinis. For wings I went with the Honey Garlic and my fav went with the Classic Buffalo. The wings were fresh and hot, I can’t say for sure if they are the “Best Wings in Queens” just yet. They were good however, I need to try them a couple more times before I can decide.

Amanda thank you for your amazing service and impressionable personality. I think I found a go-to spot in Woodside.

They do not offer ranch with the wings, only blue cheese (yuck). TBH its not needed the wings can stand on their own.“

“I came back to Tap House on a Saturday afternoon and had a great time. The bartender was super friendly. I ordered a burger from the brunch menu, which was delicious by the way, and she replaced the tots with fries and since brunch includes a drink she included the beer I was already drinking (brunch menu only had mimosas, screw driver and a couple other drinks, but beer). Fries were also delicious! Nice ambiance music and friendly patrons. I will definitely be back! Parking isn’t easy but you can find metered parking. Be careful if you park near the residential area because some streets are private and they can boot your car.“

“Five Iron UES might be the best place in New York! The simulators are so cool and the food and drinks were great! Will was so friendly and attentive and he single handily put the experience over the top. Brian was an amazing coach and got the golf newbies of our group swinging well and having fun! “Ayg 25th drove up from CT to this spot because we heard their wings were excellent and we love good wings. As a foodie and blogger we will travel for good wings and great service...sadly the wings was a total let down.😕. our waitress bless her heart recommended our picks and she stated they didn't look up to par after I asked why the lemon pepper I ordered was wet and it says dry rub. literally tasted like fried dirt with lemon juice squeezed over it. my other flavor garlic teriyaki was flavorful but salty. our picks were also underwhelming. I asked if the manager could take off 10.00 as 20 wings was 30. n change and I couldn't even stomach those wings. he told the waitress no flat out, didn't offer to even remake or select another flavor.. when I asked her if I could speak with him directly bc maybe she didn't convey my disappointment well...she said he'll come over. waited 25 minutes...I watched him do everything he could like fake clean the bar fake busy start fake conversations to never come over to our table. when we just decided to leave...he had the audacity to say have a good day adding insult to injury. you would think if a combined tab is near 200.00 you would be more accommodating and hospitable. this was by far the worst city restaurant experience. no way this mediocre establishment is 5.0 stars. I will be going on every review platform to share my horrible experience and share among my fellow bloggers to avoid this establishment at all costs. Never again!“

“This is THE place in Williamsburg to watch soccer or other sports too. Just a solid spot with lots of big screens and delicious fish and chips and other bar food selections. The bartenders are all mad cool. The ac is also mad cool on a hot day like today. I'm looking forward to watching Euro Cup and Copa America here all day“

“The local TGIFridays I had been going to for 10+ years closed down. I decided to travel abit further out to go to Friday’s “one last time.” But my server Fabia changed my mind. Sat at the bar for Knicks playoff game to eliminate Cleveland bartenders were friendly while working in a fast pace environment definitely a challenge but they pulled it off it was my first time there and the highlight is probably the wings!! Just got a new pinball table in - Nascar. So much fun to play and affordable. 3 games for 2 dollars. Also it awards free games for high scores and for matching the winning numbers with your score when you finish a game. You'll hear a loud knock sound from the back of the machine. It's a good thing! It means you won a free game! Great for playing alone, or for competing against each other for high scores!“

“I love the place, excellent location near the 161st station. and Yankee Stadium in The Bronx. Latin atmosphere with our music and language. I celebrated my birthday outside my country with my wife and they introduced me as General of Puerto Rico.“

“We had some time to kill before an event and this place showed us a great time. Their DJ was fantastic! He knew we weren't regulars and still made us welcome. The food was perfect, if I am drinking I need perfect wings and they hooked it up. All in all the staff was friendly and the space was great I would definitely go back to enjoy another night.“

“Stopped in for a late lunch.. Usually have the Fajitas, but opted for the Taco's instead.. Split 16 Chicken Wings with my friend Paulie... Everything was Great.. Our waitress Michele who was very friendly and pleasant, made sure everything we ordered was ok... Thank you Michele...“
