Was in the area for the weekend and needed our morning coffee. Came due to the high reviews. Just ordered two ice lattes no flavors simple. More consistent with milk with a hint of coffee. Totally gross.

Hey guys I am from northwest Arkansas where 7 brew was founded. If you wanna try something different ask for their secret menu. And the Santa’s cookie can be made into a blondie!!! Glad to see this place is getting the recognition and growth they deserve!

Would not allow me to use restroom Ordered double espresso w oatmilk hot and a tiny bit of pecan It was ice cold and about 8 pumps of pecan in a small double espresso. It was beyond disgusting

I was waited on almost immediately after pulling in even being about 10 cars back in the line I was in. Orders were being brought out left and right but not in any order. Waited for over a half hour and orders few cars behind me were getting n their drinks and getting out of line. It makes no sense. No communication from staff as to why the disarray.

Very exciting to have a location like this. The west coast has Dutch Bros and now we have 7Brew. They are a bit expensive but very tasty. Most of the staff is very kind and excited to help.
I go once a day to get my mocha chiller love it the people are always friendly and cordial sometimes it’s busy but lines move quickly it is expected when lines are long but I don’t mind waiting in line

This is twice now I’ve ordered the SAME drink and asked for pumpkin with EXTRA pumpkin. BOTH times there has been absolutely NONE in my coffee! The line barely moved on a Sunday was all the way to the road, we sat at a stand still for 10-15 mins while 1 person held the entire one line up.
Make them up and help the next person! Also, DO BETTER AT REQUESTS WHEN WE PAY FOR EXTRA STUFF
Edit to add. We went last weekend, October 5th. No line maybe a FEW cars. The girl skipped us and never took our order while everyone else was being taken, she never approach our car just continued walking. It’s not my job to get your attention, we now are FOUR maybe FIVE cars from the “Register” with still no order as we move up. The guy just randomly brings drinks out as I’m yelling “those aren’t ours! She skipped us because she wasn’t paying attention!!” Just for us to sit in line LONGER. Customer service has went down on their busy days, do better.

so last week i went nd got 2-lg blondie nd a 2-small black coffe no ice ,passed her $100 bill gives me back & $66 dollars i don’t think much on it usually a lg blondie is 7 something i don’t know how she charged $34 for 4-drinks,today then i send my coworker to pick up something again my regular,only difference that’s it’s not me this is what they give him again they charged $21 nd some change for a 1-lg-black coffe nd 2-lg blondie no ice like i always get this,this is what i got for 21,nd when asked they said it’s because of the ice,but remember i go 3-4 times a week so i know what they give me nd this is not it,the spot is great i just think they need more staff training to do not everyone is trying to give you a headache just what i always get,sorry for the Inconvenience
