Positives- The food was excellent. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Negatives- Everything took forever. Our alcoholic beverages too too long to be served. The food took forever and was not delivered to our table all at once.
Great place to meet up with friends and family to have a nice dinner at a place with a good atmosphere. The drinks are good and the service is friendly. They've got tvs everywhere, so you can catch part of the game too. It's a very enjoyable spot for an evening out
Generally speaking, this is a good solid place to go for lunch And not much of a fan of it for dinner The food is good. The prices are on the higher side of there. Unfortunate situation in general has been for service That reached a new low on this visit Our server was very nice He did not know the menu He could not answer any questions about food on the menu The service was average and acceptable Although we waited almost 15 minutes until he came back so we could pay the check, which only happened after I was finally able to flag another employee to ask ... for at least get another person's tension so we could pay our check and leave  Chicken wings, which we ordered buffalo style, medium or less than 11 miles. The mahi fish tacos were good. Nothing memorable, but nothing to complain about either. If you're fortunate enough to get a average or better server, you could have a good lunch at this place
The food we ordered that was supposed to be hot was barely warm. The nachos lacked chicken, there were more broken chips than not broken chips. The nachos were bland and flavorless as well. Service, not rushed was too slow. From time of order to receiving food was too long. We ordered desserts that seem to take 15-20 minutes to get. With all the available options out there, I would choose someplace else next time.
Everyone's meals were delicious, the salmon in the salmon bowl was cooked perfectly! Spicy mango margarita was one of the best I've ever had! Our server Carlos was patient and gave us great suggestions based on our questions, he added a level of fun to the evening!
The waiter that waited on us was awesome. I love his upbeat personality. He was very friendly very outgoing kept us laughing very professional very courteous. Thank you for making My Son‘s birthday so special.

I NEVER leave reviews, especially negative ones, but yesterday my girlfriend and I went here and agreed that this was the worst dinner experience of our lives. It was so horrible that we could only laugh through the entire process because the staff is so incompetent and unable to do their job. Upper management seriously needs to step in and address this ASAP because BJ's used to be an enjoyable spot with great food and great service, but now you'd be better off going to any fast-food spot for better service and better food at 1/3 the price. If it wasn't for their prime location, they would undoubtedly be out of business. Every step of the process here is broken.
1) The Host - Different Rules for different people
It seems as though every employee here was working their first shift. My girlfriend and I arrived around 6:30 without a reservation. We checked in with the host who took our name down and told us that it would be around a 25 minute wait for a table for two, this was no problem for us and we were happy to wait. After the 25 minutes passed the host began seating other walk in couples who also had no reservations WHILE WE WERE SITTING RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM.
2) The Environment - Duct Tape and a Prayer
As soon as we sat down at a high top table, I noticed that my side of the table leaned over and would fall to the ground if any weight was put on it, EVEN IF I JUST PUT MY ELBOWS ON THE TABLE it would fall over. Our server and the manager there both noticed this and when I asked for something to shim the stand of the table with they both reacted like a deer in headlights. I was willing to fix THEIR problem and they were still unresponsive. Instead of fixing the problems themselves (which any server or manager should do) our server returned with a stack of over 20 coasters and handed them to me as if that would solve the issue. ASKING FOR SERVICE HERE IS A WASTE OF YOUR BREATH. After determining that no help was in sight and that I just couldn't put any weight on my side of the table, my girlfriend and I opened our menus. SURPRISE SURPRISE the menu didn't have anything in it, just empty pages of plastic covers. Even as I'm typing it out now it's hard not to laugh at how atrociously bad this place functions.
3) The Server - IF FOUND PLEASE RETURN TO TABLES
I hope this guy was brand new because before we even got to our table he was already telling us how stressed he was over having to serve 4 tables at the same time. You read that correctly, his Entire section was only 4 tables and he was STRESSED. I would feel bad writing this review of him if he was new and learning how to serve, but how he continued to treat us and the other 3 tables was absolutely inexcusable on a HUMAN LEVEL. It took him around 25 minutes for him to get to our tables (terrible but I'm not that mad over it). Once he finally got there we placed our entire order and we wouldn't see him again for another hour and fifteen minutes. While he was MIA, 30 minutes later, other servers were bringing food to the other tables in our section and they brought out our appetizers. But unfortunately he was too busy to bring out our drinks. AN HOUR AFTER THAT HE EMERGES, WREAKING OF CIGARETTES!!!! He was clearly smoking outside while the very few customers he had inside were complaining to the manager about the poor service. After nearly two hours of us being at the table our entrees finally arrived, and of course THEY WERE COLD AND STALE because while he was smoking outside for so long, our plates were done and sitting under a heat lamp in the kitchen. I have never left a tip under 20% in my entire life but our service was so poor last night that I left a single dollar for the tip. My girlfriend and I had been there for two hours before our entrees even came out so we just boxed them up when they finally did come out and went home.

Literally the worst experience ever , got to bjs with my family waited more than 20 mins to be seated overheard a waitress stating she didn’t want to deal with a table of 11 . After being seated for more then 30 mins with no waitress coming to our table we finally stopped a waitress walking pass for the 5time and voiced our frustration. A manager was asked to come to our table we let him know we have now been here more then a hour with no service . Still after all of that we still waited another 20 mins just for water and drinks. myself and family decided this place wasn’t worth our money was then greeted by the same manager apologizing and trying to make the situation right but at this point we already made the decision to leave . Very unfortunate unpleasant and unprofessional. My family didn’t deserve that treatment coming from an unprofessional waitress who didn’t want to deal with a party of 11 to begin with a waste of time for a Saturday night . Thanks bjs for letting me know I’ll never ever be back . No way to treat a family with kids unreal

Host was unaware of tables available, walked away from us to find a table, while there was a lot open.. after being brought to our table the seats were soaking wet, I understand cleaning, but don’t seat people with soaked seats! Only 3 apps were available, everything else we asked for was out of stock.. no prime rib available.. told they had a busy night the night before.. beer was on drink list was not available.. having worked in a busy lake George restaurant in the kitchen.. not having things on the menu is bad for business.. who ever do s inventory and prep sucks at their job! we will never go back!

This place needs a management overhaul. We dineout regularly and because this was listed as Kid friendly we did a late lunch. 2 hours later and we had had it and asked to speak to the manager. Even the manager was condescending. It was hard to be understanding when we could not even get him to acknowledge there was an issue. Meals were cold. Service was non existent. And the “manager” said they were slammed. The dining area was not even 1/3 full. Very disappointed. And it takes alot for me to complain.

Came for lunch on a Friday and got seated right away. It’s clean, bright, high ceilings. I ordered the skinny margarita and my husband ordered a beer. We also ordered our entrees at the same time. Then we waited….. after 20 minutes we stopped our server to ask about our drinks and he was like “oh I have to go to the bar and get them.” They did taste good so there’s that. But then we continued to wait for our food for another 15 minutes or so. We noticed the tables around us with the same server were having similar experiences. Not sure if it was the server or short staffing overall or something but that definitely detracted from our meal. I had the nachos with chili as my meal and my spouse had the brewhouse burger with fries. Our food was tasty but based on the extremely slow service at a time when the restaurant wasn’t super busy, don’t think I’d return.

Heather (bartender) is super nice and sweet! She was busy at work but always helped me check my food, I was a little depressed cause the soup came late over an hour then came with clod, but she immediately brought new hot soup and asked the chef to give me a discount! She just made me feel so warm and blessed!

The staff are great and work hard. And it really takes a lot for me to leave a negative review, generally if I have a poor experience I just don't leave a review. I really don't want a negative review to suggest that there is a lack of care or attention on the part of the staff, That said, after 4 visits I can only advise that the food is just terrible. Not necessarily that it's prepared/cooked poorly, but the ingredients are very obviously of poor quality (e.g., the wings can only be described as old and disgusting). For what else is available nearby I simply can't recommend, just try somewhere else

This business stands in a key location— Parking is definitely over crowded but accessible. To be seated it takes a while but that does varie of the day/time you go. Staff is friendly, fast paced and very efficient. Prices are extremely inaccurate for the quality of the food. The food is either tasteless, cold, burnt or wrong. Overall I would give it a try but I would not go out of my way to suggest this to anyone who does not have patience for inconsistency and error!

Terrible take out experience. Food was OK, but nothing great.
They left one of our entrées out of the take out bag. Tried calling to get a refund or have them start a fresh meal to be ready if I came back. But they would not pick up the phone any of the 10 times I tried. So I drove all the way back in rush hour traffic. I told them an entrée was missing, and they proceeded to hand me a container that had been sitting on the counter for an hour. No offer to refund or make a fresh meal. Waste of trip for food that couldn't be eaten safely.
