“I found this place in a Google search for gluten free dining. My husband has Celiac's and has to be careful when dining out. We were so grateful for all the GF choices and the dedicated GF fryer. We had the cheese sticks and they were amazing!! Our server, Steven, was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. The prices are reasonable and the food was delicious!! We will definitely be back. We happened to be in the area but it's definitely worth the hour drive for us to get there. If you're GF or not you definitely need to eat there!!“

“Our son was in a concert at the Cohoes City Music Hall so we went to Spindles for dinner. My son, husband, and I all had a wonderful dinner. We tried the fried deviled eggs and they were delicious. I also highly recommend any dish served with their risotto! It was the best I have had. Spindles is worth checking out!“
