Margarita City is comfort vibes defined: super friendly and attentive staff, fun and flashy decor, tasty comfort food in very large servings, and lots of seating. They even open up the windows behind the bar during warm weather to get some fresh air.

The queso here is very tasty and the servng is plentiful. I am particularly fond of the jumbo chimichanga with the grilled chicken filling. I recommend asking for their house hot sauce which is pleasantly spicy, because none of their normal dishes are spicy (we are in Upstate New York, after all.)

Margarita City has become a regular comfort visit with friends. Good food, good service, and no need to dress up or feel bad about ordering a second round of queso.

Six of us had an excellent meal on Wednesday 11-6-2025. Service and ambiance was very good.

We went for a dinner and couple margaritas as we always try to find mew spots. Alex our server was pleasant and helped with our choices. We talked after the meal for a bit and he made us feel welcome. Food was very good! Margaritas very good also! A fine spot for some great Mexican fare. The authentic atmosphere and especially the music was great! We WILL Be Back!

This was a last minute decision and I'm glad it was. The food was fantastic, atmosphere was cozy and authentic and our server William was very attentive. Excellent food and service. Highly recommend.

We had a group of 8 for brunch for my mother’s birthday and our server today was William. He was attentive, had great energy, and made fabulous suggestions for drinks. I will ask for him next time we come and if you’re able to request a server, request him. They were also very kind to put the football game on the tv. The food was great as always. Thank you William for helping to make her birthday wonderful!!
