I would ive 0 stars if I could. I called and joined the waitlist (speaking to an actual person in the Colonie Outback), was told the wait would be about 40 minutes. We arrived about 10 minutes later and checked in at the hostess stand as I was specifically told by the woman when I called ahead. The girl at the hostess stand said it would be about 10-15 minutes and they would text me when they were ready for us. we were VERRY sad about the poor minion that got filet, he was good tasting the.
The ungin sope looked like it has lots of cheese but is a scam because it is ontop of a piece of bread
The ribs were horrible, did not come off the bone, no red, and no juice

Outback Steakhouse offers a mixed dining experience. While some servers provide good service, others struggle to deliver accurate orders. The menu items receive varying reviews; the French onion soup and steak lunch special are delicious, but the ribs and Bloomin' Fries fall short. The staff makes an effort to keep customers informed. The food is always great, and meals are ready in no time. The bread is awesome, and appetizers are very good. Parking is reserved directly in front of the pickup window. The kitchen can be slow, but the food comes out all at the same time, hot, and good. For good food, a slow kitchen was only a modest price to pay.
