It's been a while since I've visited Smokey Bones. I am glad we stopped in today after church. We were immediately greeted and seated. The restaurant was clean. Our server, Claudia was AWESOME! She was attentive, great energy which made for a pleasant visit. Kudos, Smokey Bones!

Food was very good. Kind of rundown place though. The booths had tape on them to cover tears. The place definitely needs a makeover. Waiter was attentive but not very friendly. All the workers seem like they just did not want to be there. Was really surprised when we got to check how cheap it was . Went with a friend got the two for one deal on ribs and a couple draft beers and only came to 25 bucks! Even with the cons would probably go again.

I wanted a place that was close, open late, reasonably priced, wiht decent food. This was that place. The barbecued chicken was good (when I rmembered to pick a barbecue sauce) and I really liked the loaded baked potato and the Brunswick stew. Service was efficient, they brought a drink refill when I asked Exactly what I wanted for a late, easy dinner. Can't say I'm big on chain decor but that's just me being picky.
